Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including the initial charge. No questions asked, no hidden conditions.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders on Letters From The Sea. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or write to us from the support page and we will help you through it. Paddle's own refund policy applies to the processing of your refund.

If you simply do not want to be charged again, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in the Pro dialog or through Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of your current paid month.
